Our headquarters in Moundridge employs around 300 employees. Join our team! SUMMARY Set up and tryout new equipment in assembly area and at customers' facilities. Diagnose and repair on-site existing customer equipment. HOURS 6:00 am - 2:30 pm M-F ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS -Set up and tryout, new equipment per contractual agreement. -Run test procedures and tryout new products in the assembly plant and at customers' facilities as needed. -Obtain necessary customer signatures on buyoff and safety forms. -Work with team members and other departments to solve problems with operation. -Diagnose and repair on-site existing customer equipment. -Perform other duties as assigned. SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED/PREFERRED -Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. -Ability to use a wide variety of tools and precision instruments. -Able to read blue prints and follow oral and written instructions. -Basic math skills in all units of measure. EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED/PREFERRED - Prefer formal industrial-related training OTHER REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES -Must supply own hand tools. -Willing to learn new concepts and skills. Self-starting personality. -Must be willing to travel 10-20% of the time -Prefer previous assembly or repair experience with rollforming, FMS, leveling, and coil processing equipment. TRAINING -Bradbury will train new hires for 6 months on a rotation between mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assembly.
